The priests of the seven dioceses of the Bikol Region will have a joint retreat this year (Nov 9-13) at the Bethlehem Retreat Center in Bacacay, Albay of the Diocese of Legazpi. The priests of Fatima Parish will be joining,except for Fr Jess, who is refraining due to health reasons. Masses during this week then, will be at 6:00 in the morning and 5:15 in the afternoon. Fr Ben Dogillo, who has retired from the Archdiocese of Manila and currently a resident at the SPPVS, will be helping out at the afternoon Masses.
Prayers are requested from everyone for the success and the fruitfulness of the retreat. This year's spiritual exercises will focus on the devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, especially as the region prepares to commemorate the 300th year of the Bikolano devotion to Our Lady of Penafrancia.
