More than the expected 400 participants descended on the Our Lady of Penafrancia High School Seminary Auditorium for the 2-day Second Diocesan Pastoral Assembly. Bishop Art, Bishop-Emeritus Jess, the priests, sisters and officers and members of the PPC Execoms of all the parishes came to put heads, hearts amd hands together to set the direction of the diocese for the next five years. the goal? to form BECs of authentic Christian disciples here are some pictures from the first day.
