special ppc execom meet on budget

A special meeting was called today upon the request of Joel Jacobo, chairperson of the Commission on Temporalities, at the OLV Chapel at 1:30 in the afternoon, The chairpersons of all the commissions, except the Commission on the Laity who had to attend a diocesan meeting, discussed the formulaton of their annual budget. At the meeting, it was also decided that the pledging program be started with the PPC Execom members and religious organizations.
